i got my 2nd or 3rd ban a month ago and it's over " i can get loot ect "

so i wanna know if i'll get rewards this season or not

That information hasn't been released yet, but if it is like last years, you should still be able to get them. But that is not confirmed.
They haven't announced the requirements for season rewards this year yet. The last 2 years a ban had to be within 3 months of the end of the season or you had to be actively chat restricted at the end of the season to make you ineligable.
I suspect that they will include some aspect of how regaining eligibility for hextech works this year, but that is pure speculation.
If you don't get any more punishments between now and the end of the season then I see no reason why you wouldn't be eligible.
