Banning teammates selected champion
Does anyone else play normal draft pick and or ranked draft pick and someone band the champions that you have selected on purpose should there be a penalty for this because I think it is really messed up

Sometimes I ban my teammates champs. For example, If I'm adc and my support is trying to play teemo. Then I op.gg them and see their teemo winrate is 17% and they have several games recently where they are feeding hard and losing.
Of course I'm banning teemo, I'm not autolosing because of someone else's poor decisions.
if the champ is malz, but they are last pick, you should generally ban the champ, unless you are able to grab them for your teammate. if the first and second pick don't own the champ, then you are at risk of the other team taking them, and it's a very high chance that they will. if you got punished for making sure other team can't get them, that's really silly. there are other examples, but generally it shouldn't be punishable.
I only do it when the people on my team is one of the last picks (4th and 5th) and if the champion in question is someone I do not want to see at all on the enemy team (I.E.: Lucian, Maokai, Malzahar, Ryze, etc.). I'm not the only one that would do this. Anyone with a sane mind would ban an OP pick if first or second picks can't secure them.
I really wanted to make my point across with this as well. This has happened time and time again to me. Mostly people ban a champ I have pre-selected due to lack of attention. But just recently someone did this to me PURPOSELY in a RANKED champ selection, for no reason at all besides pure spite. This is completely UNFAIR, because most of the time I prefer to dodge and wait the 5 minutes, rather than playing with someone that already started with this kind of behavior. So the players who have their champs banned like this are the ones taking all the hits.

SUGGESTION: Apply a warning alert if you are about to ban a champ someone on your team has pre-selected. Also, give the same accumulative time restricting punishment as for dodging to the players doing these annoying bans.
