Season 6 Reward Ineligibility: Being Suspended 7 Days or More 3 Months Prior to End of Season
Hello, I'm an average player, my in-game username is "Hold On," and I've playing this game since around the middle of season 4. I would first like to address that I completely enjoy this new immediate feedback system, where players tend to get immediate punishment after games where they partake in toxic and negative behavior. Unfortunately I have been a naughty player this past summer and became suspended for 2 weeks beginning from August 14, 2016 through August 26, 2016. This makes me ineligible to have the end of season 6 rewards. What's worst is I finally reached gold division this season. Although I only barely made it and is still tier 5 0 LP it's a very big accomplishment for a noob like me. Anyways, I'll get to the point. Although this discussion look like merely a plea to get Riot to give me the season 6 rewards, which in some ways it is, I won't lie. However, this discussion is also about players who were toxic, but did reform, but decided too late. I believe somewhere in the FAQ's pages about punishments, Riot talks about how after a number of days, previously toxic players who haven't been reported of toxicity would be 'reviewed' and possibly reduce the extremity of their next punishment. After the suspension I have tried my earnest to not be toxic anymore in game. In most cases it worked, but I did get tilted here and there, but I've never returned to my 'Tyler1' instincts. So I guess this discussion is about the topic of whether players who have have been suspended near the end of the season, but have been shown hints of reformatory in their time after the suspension. Should they be eligible to get the season rewards? Thanks for reading. Peace
