I have been punished because the power went off once, then got chat restricted because I replied to idiots on my team who triggered for no reason, so it is worrying, can I get banned for playing really bad on ranked?
If lots of kids report me will I get auto-banned blindly by the system, with no analysis at all? Please be honest.

Because I am doing really terribly with Lee Sin, basically everyone will report me, and it looks like that here, lots of fake reports can get you banned.

And I have yet to see a case where someone was falsely punished for either feeding, leaving or flaming - at least - here on the boards (where I have been lurking these past three years).
And eh, if you know you are not great at playing a champ, maybe practise some more in normal games before you jump into ranked. That is what normals are for :)

About not playing ranked, it is not a good idea i think, because playing ranked I can face the worst of LoL since I'm bronze V, on simple draft pick I can face anyone, even smurfs who will wipe us before we can even /ff.

I don't know the specifics of feederbuster. Yes, it is automated, but exactly how it differentiates between intentional or not intentional- I dont know.

LeaverBuster is handled separately from the behavior system. So a 20min queue has no impact on reports for feeding, verbal abuse, etc.

Tbf you're power going out, is leaving game. You could have back up generator to keep power on. Simply saying its out of your hands doesnt fly. You spoke in client your words are final, robot can read but not between the lines.

Usually in most online games, there have to be a number of flags reached before some staffer will look at your file relating to your conduct and behaviour. Riot seems to follow the same sort of process. Some flags rank higher for bans; some rank lower and require more of them before a ban is considered.
If your problems were truly rare, then you should probably be safe.

swordofsun2 votesYou don't get LeaverBuster for leaving one game. Riot does take into consideration things like the power going out and will assume it's one-off. It took at least 5 games of me disconnecting to get even a 5 minute LeaverBuster, which includes the actual intentional disconnect before I figured out how to mute people. You get LeaverBuster for a pattern of behavior.
Learn to use the mute function. It's amazing.
Just like LeaverBuster Riot will assume a bad game not feeding. It's the pattern of behavior that gets you in trouble.
You won't get punished for false reports. If you do nothing wrong (as defined by the Summoners Code and Riot TOS) you won't get in trouble no matter how many reports get put against you. Remember 1 report counts for the same as 9. You will only get banned for your actions.

Today's society thinks you are special and that you don't have to do anything to improve yourself. 15 years ago or so we had a handful of bad online players because we were able to police ourselves. Today it's just the opposite. Punishments are slaps on the wrist with zero incentives to improve and make the environment better for everyone.
Everyone has bad games. It's those that always do that need to be dealt with.
