Recently, I have been banned by Riot claiming that I used a third party program. Now, the only thing I could think about being anything near to a third party program is Curse, a program supposedly approved by Riot, and only adds an overlay to change the volume of your calls. Is Curse classified as a third party program? If so, I will know in the future not to use it while I play League. A response from a Rioter would be ideal.

My friends and I stopped using curse and Skype now we just avoid it all spent too much money just to get banned for communication things I wish riot would create something that allows voice chat like some other games have
I am posting this on the boards because they refused to answer it on my support ticket.
Know that I am not angry at Riot, I would just like a question answered. I have heard from other sections of the Boards that Riot has made a few mistakes with bans, but if that is the case, I will not criticize, everybody does make mistakes after all.
Curse is fine. Riot has Curse installed on computers at their office, it wasn't Curse that set it off.
3rd party also includes such things as mouse and keyboard macros and skin programs
Got ban too, I only use discord and razer comm, same no answer.
