I was perma banned for being toxic...

Normally, I would understand being banned for being toxic in game. Being banned for 3-4 days after being toxic after a game is pretty normal and i'm fine with that. I've been banned numerous times for that and completely understand that it's a normal thing that helps weed out the toxics and such. But as a person with a really short temper as well as bipolar disorder, when I see that i'm now no longer allowed to play on an account that I spent nearly 4 years on, buying RP card after RP card and having the occasional toxic game, I'm a little bit pissed off here. So I want to go ahead and address some things.

  1. All that RP I bought is now literally wasted money. Atleast when I was playing the game, I could make use of the champions I bought using the RP. But now that i'm permanently banned, I can't do anything with it. Meaning the nearly $500 I spent on RP in my entire time playing league has now just been a giant waste.

  2. Being banned for being toxic is really really dumb. Every person is different. As I stated, I have bipolar disorder and a really short temper which will cause me to get extremely mad at things extremely easily. And even if i'm just messing around and talking crap to another player, I don't think a PERMANENT BAN is in order. Give me a chat restriction or something, make it so I literally can't be toxic. But banning people because of something they can't help isn't cool, Riot.

  3. The tribunal is a really flawed system As I said, i've been playing this game for nearly 4 years. And in those 4 years i've had my fair share of restrictions and suspensions. However, I have a few friends who are 10 times more toxic than I am and have never gotten a warning. We also have to realize that the tribunal is a fundamentally flawed system because the tribunal user base in no way accurately represents the general community of the game. The only way for a system like this to work would be to have input from a good cross section of the community, but most users are unlikely to want to contribute their time to moderation without reward and with reward comes the crowd who don't pay attention and just spam cases as fast as possible for maximum reward.

  4. I'm almost never toxic It sounds really cliche and is something everybody says but i'm really never toxic. Again, aside from maybe 2-3 games a week where i'll talk crap to someone out of the nearly 20-30 games I play a week, it really isn't fair. I'd also like to point out that, while playing this game, i've been suspended only 4 times while i've been put on chat restriction about 10 times. IN 4 YEARS!!! I'm not sure how that should result in a permanent ban.

Now, i'm not in any way saying that League is a bad game or that Riot is a bad company. I'm just saying that a permanant ban wasn't called for at all. I have plenty of smurfs I can play on. However, I will tell you that I will no longer be buying RP or anything from Riot after this point. Have a good day, summoners.

No one cares.

Every match you infected with your petulant behavior you turned off 9 people to wanting to spend money on the game or referring it to friends or family. Basically, people like you can spend $1,000 per account and it wouldn't even come close to matching the amount of money that would have been brought in by players who had a good game experience and referrals.

In short: you're not wanted.

Hi. I have bipolar disorder and a short temper.

But I learned that actions have consequences. Even if you don't believe in the toxic problem, you should be able to connect that 'being toxic' = 'getting punished by Riot'.

Let's see the reform card.

That is the explicitly stated result of the decisions you made to get here, yes.

As someone who's struggled with a mild case of bipolar, a massive temper, and hypoglycemia (you don't want to meet me when I'm hungry), I can't really understand this argument. Because what you type - and whether you type it - is entirely under your control.

  1. The tribunal is a really flawed system As I said, i've been playing this game for nearly 4 years. And in those 4 years i've had my fair share of restrictions and suspensions. The Tribunal doesn't exist right now. And it hadn't had rewards since 2012. So I'm not sure that your argument's very strong, here.

Most players are suspended zero times, and receive zero chat restrictions. Which strongly indicates to me that compared to the average player, you're toxic very often.

That's probably a good plan, unless you intend to adjust your behavior.

I'm just saying that a permanent ban wasn't called for at all.

Actually, it was. Riot permanently bans people that refuse to reform. It said it in your reform card of your last 2 week ban: If you do not reform, you will lose your account. You didn't reform, and you lost your account. Disagreeing with why they do that is understandable, as is not spending any more RP (I wouldn't, personally), but you should've known the consequences of continuing to be toxic. Riot even gave you chat logs to help you understand that what you say game to game isn't acceptable behavior.

League is more like a minigame its not something serious so the accounts dont matter at all you can get banned anytime

If you seriously and absolutely disagree with Riot's decisions, then you can ask support. However they rarely to never unban someone, and from what you said that you have been banned several times and you kinda deserve it.
