Getting Permanently Banned?

So while I was playing 2 normal games on two separate time frames with each having a different premade that I played with. After finishing, having a laugh, bantering a notification pops-up and straight up says I am getting permanently banned. So I first think since when did I flame in the last playing week, but then I get a chat log from 2 different games I got reported for. 1st game being the game I just finished having used some curse words and may of been 'a little" toxic but everyone have bad games, and I finished the game laughing as me and my friend were joking about all game. Here is the chat log (game 1): Game 1 BlueTiger: what is this zed diong? BlueTiger: first mid and first lock in BlueTiger: eat my ass BlueTiger: you're the one feeding BlueTiger: lol BlueTiger: you're the one 0/1 BlueTiger: you were the one fighting him BlueTiger: not running useless kid BlueTiger: no I have no cs with zed in my lane BlueTiger: so fuck off BlueTiger: I agree with myself why do trash people always talk shit BlueTiger: ^ point proven BlueTiger: bronze players that play better than you? All the text including Fiora and most of the curse/flame at the bottom of the chat are towards my premade friend that was playing Fiora and we were spam pinging each other, having bants. Mean while zed is a 2nd mid-lane player that failed to write mid first and then instalocked after I locked in and wrote it first. Some of the flame towards him were fair we flamed each other not really badly. Talking shit to each other I didn't take it personally at all. Yes the first game I truly did come out flaming but it was a long day that day, I wanted to just have fun with a mate and I had to play 2 mid as well because one of my teammates trolling. Everywhere, everyone has a bad day fair call on report if you want to call that.

Second game that I have got permanently banned for I was pretty shocked to see. With the statistics that Riot system provides saying "You are among 0.006% of League players negative enough to be permanently banned". I get permanently banned for playing like most of the community does it is very sad and ridiculous.

This is the second game included one curse word of "prick". What is prick?, how can a system decide the meaning of it? Who knows the way I was using it? If I search the word prick it means: verb 1. make a small hole in (something) with a sharp point; pierce slightly. "prick the potatoes all over with a fork" synonyms: pierce, puncture, make/put a hole in, stab, perforate, rupture, riddle, penetrate, nick, spear, slit, incise, knife, bore, spike, skewer, spit, stick, punch, pin, needle, jag, jab;

And once again the negative text of "alright kiddo" and "first time league" was aimed at my opponent that was playing against me on mid lane, also giving a fair comeback saying I am bad etc etc.. It is called a competitive game It is quite clear I am allowed to create fear in enemies eyes so I can have an advantage in lane. The rest of the chat text talking about failing to "cancel backing" "pinging danger" etc etc.. were all towards my different premade I played with that was playing Malzahar support, all with banter, laugh and not taking in seriously.

Now then, do I really deserve a permanent ban for games that I barely flame in. The difference in time between game 1 & 2 is around 3 maybe even 4 days. I've had this account for a really long time since the start of season 4 maybe even the end of season 3. I have nearly all except 2 or 3 champions on the profile, I try very hard to win ranked games and I come out most of the time the best in the team. I have a number of skins and a mother-load of IP. Do I deserved to be permanently banned for this? Can I get any help to unban and get a more suitable justice for my being PLEASE!?

The point at the end is immaterial -- if you want to chat to a friend and use those sort of language, use the whisper command. If you bring it into the rest of the game where other people are forced to see it, it's punishable. ESPECIALLY so if you're using homophobic slurs.

You're welcome to submit a ticket to player support but, with logs like this one, I suspect you will not have much luck getting the ban overturned -- bans are only reversed when they are not applied in error.

You have censored words, most of the community flames as much if not more, and most of my friends that use much foul language get honour level 3? I don't see how this unlucky auto system focus on me, create justice. I also forgot to tell you, the first time I got banned for 14-days I was actually toxic and it was a fair justice even though the other person that was flaming me just as much didn't get anything for it. But now I get perma-banned while playing some pathetic casual-normal games where I barely even played but rather had fun in.

If the system used a straight away system that gave you a number of censored words to use until you have chat banned, etc. That is a fair justice but no the system works by reports from random players. If my friend says in all chat report blablabla this ahri (for example) which is me for like flaming and all I said is "prick" and I get perma-banned for it. That was unjust completely

Umm, I think you did a bit more than "barely flaming" in game 1.

Also, there was a 3 letter word that was replaced with asterisks, probably a homophobic slur that is very popular. That alone justifies a permaban.

words including "slut", "ape", "stupid kid", "fucking pussy", "shit" were all towards my premade friend Fiora. The system includes censored words, so why in the hell am I not allowed to use them. If you don't want to see them then get them censored?

Doesn't matter who it was directed to, it goes against the Terms of Service that you agreed to.

Lots of players come in here with the same arguments. You are responsible for what you type in chat. A mute feature or a profanity filter is not a free pass for you to talk like that in a match. It's time to take responsibility for your actions.

Taking responsibility is one thing, getting perma-banned for things such as this is unjustice. Where is my money back for a account worth over £90 ($119)?

You're still not taking responsibility.

You broke the Terms of Service, you lost your account priveleges. You don't get a refund, good luck on your next account. Maybe you'll know not to use hate speech in the future.

It starts with a chat restriction, then a longer one, then a 14 day ban, and then a permanent ban. These 2 games were not the only reasons you got banned, they're just the last reasons.

How does it end up with 0.006% so called toxic permanent banned players? that is insane to think I am "super" toxic while I normally get a team probably a good 10 maybe more times worse than me and they end up with getting honour borders. My friend Fiora in game 1 I played with also were flaming back to me and using similar if not worse curse words at me. But huh, no justice at all? I finished a game with a perma-ban and he finished with a honour 3 and a border. That is hilarious to think you get screwed over that hard.

Context doesn't matter. Your account is gone because you said rude things.

Next time someone is trolling you, don't say a word. When you get qued with that person again and they are still trolling, don't say a word.

No-one trolled me, me and my friend were having a laugh at each other, I don't understand how that concerns anyone else. They can press mute or use censored words if they didn't want to see it. I am pretty sure I am a free man to use curse words while having banter with a friend and at him (he did not report me after the game, while some random's did).
