Getting Permanently Banned?

So while I was playing 2 normal games on two separate time frames with each having a different premade that I played with. After finishing, having a laugh, bantering a notification pops-up and straight up says I am getting permanently banned. So I first think since when did I flame in the last playing week, but then I get a chat log from 2 different games I got reported for. 1st game being the game I just finished having used some curse words and may of been 'a little" toxic but everyone have bad games, and I finished the game laughing as me and my friend were joking about all game. All the text including Fiora and most of the curse/flame at the bottom of the chat are towards my premade friend that was playing Fiora and we were spam pinging each other, having bants. Mean while zed is a 2nd mid-lane player that failed to write mid first and then instalocked after I locked in and wrote it first. Some of the flame towards him were fair we flamed each other not really badly. Talking shit to each other I didn't take it personally at all. Yes the first game I truly did come out flaming but it was a long day that day, I wanted to just have fun with a mate and I had to play 2 mid as well because one of my teammates trolling. Everywhere, everyone has a bad day fair call on report if you want to call that.

Second game that I have got permanently banned for I was pretty shocked to see. With the statistics that Riot system provides saying "You are among 0.006% of League players negative enough to be permanently banned". I get permanently banned for playing like most of the community does it is very sad and ridiculous.

This is the second game included one curse word of "prick". What is prick?, how can a system decide the meaning of it? Who knows the way I was using it? If I search the word prick it means: verb 1. make a small hole in (something) with a sharp point; pierce slightly. "prick the potatoes all over with a fork" synonyms: pierce, puncture, make/put a hole in, stab, perforate, rupture, riddle, penetrate, nick, spear, slit, incise, knife, bore, spike, skewer, spit, stick, punch, pin, needle, jag, jab;

And once again the negative text of "alright kiddo" and "first time league" was aimed at my opponent that was playing against me on mid lane, also giving a fair comeback saying I am bad etc etc.. It is called a competitive game It is quite clear I am allowed to create fear in enemies eyes so I can have an advantage in lane. The rest of the chat text talking about failing to "cancel backing" "pinging danger" etc etc.. were all towards my different premade I played with that was playing Malzahar support, all with banter, laugh and not taking in seriously.

Now then, do I really deserve a permanent ban for games that I barely flame in. The difference in time between game 1 & 2 is around 3 maybe even 4 days. I've had this account for a really long time since the start of season 4 maybe even the end of season 3. I have nearly all except 2 or 3 champions on the profile, I try very hard to win ranked games and I come out most of the time the best in the team. I have a number of skins and a mother-load of IP. Do I deserved to be permanently banned for this? Can I get any help to unban and get a more suitable justice for my being PLEASE!?
