bait ban is fine ??

uh ! riot... pls! im doing this post cause i wan't riot to help me or take action on people like this! but why is this behavior accpetable? i did ask for help in the league of legend discord server. plus sent a ticket no action were taken since the player still playing. i don't have a second chance but this guys can get away with it. thats not acceptable to bait ban people i've learned my lesson and i think that everyone who's participating in this behavior should be punished! ty guys for reading/helping me. turns out this summoner is still playing on the rift :*
