Toxic Quesiton

When was telling someone to play better and play smarter & learn to counter is consider being a toxic speech, When their reply is mostly to be "stfu" then i literally go in a full detail speech on why their failing their lanes so badly and to Riot it as consider being toxic letting a player know how to play and be smarter than to keep making the same mistake that will literally throw the game and give up. Thus making more other players including myself during rank who doesnt give up easily more furious.

Sometimes players can be toxic in a good terms and of course their the bad term toxic who will insult in a person personal life.

But when i nearly tell people to learn from mistake Riot see it as being toxic when i start explaining in full details for them, then they all wanna go report me for toxic, i literally even get reported for half of nothing when players dont do well at all and blame me.

Yet i keep getting that chat restrictions as if i keep saying wrong things to these people when i tell them just to play better and play smarter.
