Adventure trying to recover my account, featuring Riot support, my girlfriend and friends

Hello there, my nickname in league is Etenaa, and I usually played on EUNE server. Now that we know each other I can start the story, so here we go: I was a normal player looking for a team to join in the last trimester of 2015, wanted the gifts from getting 10-30(I don't remember) victories with a team. All is well, i get to know a group of 4 guys that needed a junger-> here I join. All is well, I get close to them, call them friends, share games, informations about league, discuss strategy and so on(skype a lot with them, hours and hours). One day I got my salary so I taught I should gift one of them(low amount of money...don't judge, it is all I can afford) so I did it. All is nice and easy, we play together on and on, until one night my friend calls me on skype and ask me for a favor, he gets an error while trying to purchase RP so i suggest to him to let me buy it for him and I will directly send it as RP to him with the function GIFT RP. Good he was from Denmark so he had a lot more money then me, I taught it's not a problem for him buying a few rp,he had a salary 3-4 times bigger then me on a par-time job(i am full job), no problem Denmark salary I taught. Good I start to deviate, anyway he show me the level of trust he has for me and he sends me his card id and all the details, I felt amazing, somebody from an online game, became my friend and he trusted me so much that he gives me his details on his card, what an amazing world we live on. I give him 150 euro in rp and after that he gifts me 5 gifts...what is 5 gifts when you buy so much rp i taught. Nothing special, the night goes on, we keep playing nice and smooth. 2-3 days after I try to enter my league account and not little was my reaction: account baned: read email 2222 year-> search on google, somebody refunded back his money spend on league. What the fox I think so I try to contact them, get into skype nobody gives me an response. I try then to explain the situation, after all I wasn't the one that used the RP so I taught is not ok for me to be baned until I return the 150 euro. Anyway, for me that amount of money is too much to pay in 6-7 months so I calm myself and try to talk with the support, all the answares I get are negative, I try to speak with RIOT LYTE via twitter->no response. I decide to give up, paying this amount of money and getting nothing in return, while my so call friend will have his account too much for me, its psychologic, I can't do that, I can't get scamed and continue paying for it... All is well, i get calm, I give up on League of Legends for me was a sign league comunity doesnt want me in the game....All is ok, start to learn a little things, put my life back on tracks(league foxed my time until now, lost almost all my friends, had bad grades in university and my job isnt the best while I couldve been better-> so I start to learn again what I needed to learn in univerisity and get what riot took from me->I gifted that time more or less actually). Anyway 4-5 days passed by and my girlfriend comes to me...her account was banned too for the same reason...Now I go to my card account, my real card not my "friend"card and I see I got back 10 euros, on the other accounts other 10 euro, never asked for them but I get them, seams like from riot, on the details, happy I have 20 euro back , really needed them, now I see my girlfriend baned message...the 20 euro transformed in ~ 30 more or less and now the amount of money I need to repay is bigger...I dont get what happened and is almost impossible to get somebody from riot to a chat via skype or something live...I really don't get it...and in the main time the one that foxed me was free to play until 5 days ago from what I've seen on eune.gg. Now I am sure I will not get my account back, riot will not allow it, but my girlfriend ? what bad thing did her and why I get refunded? Like really I need an explication on the refund thing, if I never asked riot for my money back why they send it back then ban me?
