You came off a 14 day ban barely a week ago. And you continued to harass and blame your teammates.
While the chat is borderline, it certainly shows that your priority after the 14 day "final warning" ban was not to be polite towards your teammates.

Rito very clearly outlines that spending money on the game does not exempt your from the rules. That aside, only hundreds? People have spent thousands on this game and gotten the ban hammer.

Money doesn't affect your standing when it comes to punishments. You could have spent millions, and you still wouldn't get preferential treatment.

It does, if you think about it. Riot gets money from many players. You spent hundreds (so you say) but let's say you caused 10 people to stop playing, if they all were willing to spend just $100, they would have outspent you by hundreds of dollars. If I were Riot, I would choose 10 satisfied customers over one negative one that drives others away.

It sounds as if you are quite demanding in games. That upon itself is not a negative behavior, but coupled with other negativity it amplifies the negativity.

This speaks volumes to what you may have said in your latest punishment. The fact that you were even at risk for a permanent ban is evidence toward a pattern of negative behavior

Given your situation, this is doubtful. Given your chat logs below, I think you are mistaken in what constitutes "nice"
With those logs, there is a good chance you would have been punished, regardless your account standing.

Guarantee this was deserved based on that attitude... I've spent well more than that on the game... much much more. Honestly should have considered it before making the decision to flame.
