Hello, I am writing you to ask or simply question my permanent ban from the game. My problem as I recognize is that I am a toxic player I acknowledge that I have made mistakes and that my language in the game is not appropriate for this game. Now I understand that something has to be done to remove my toxicity from your game but, I believe that a permanent ban is not the solution for me. When you say a player is toxic they are typing into chat racial or hateful sayings which I completely understand but, would not a better fix be a permanent chat ban before a permanent ban. Now again I understand that the chances of this affecting the status of my account is roughly 0% but, after waiting for a week or two after it was banned I can reasonably say that my chat comms were my problem and a perma ban I believe is not the right solution. Now everyone goes negative a couple of games but, in my games I try my hardest and I try to stick it through. Now when it comes to leaving matches I believe that several players have issues with lag and disconnects and just have some real life stuff that comes up and I am no exception. All in all I was wondering if there was a possibility of getting my account back with a longterm/permanent chat restriction on it. Thank you for taking time and reading this.

Hey Summoner,

Your account has been permanently banned after being escalated through multiple levels of punishment by our disciplinary audits.

To see the most recent games which led to this action, please log in to the client to view your reform card. While we do our best at Riot Games to encourage reform, we permanently remove players who continue to create negative experiences from our game.

This action is only taken after repeat punishments and we will not lift the suspension under any circumstance.

Although this marks the end of the line, we’re confident that with some reflection you will be able to avoid this kind of situation with whatever new games you decide to play.

Best of luck in your future endeavors.

I'm seriously sorry about my past behavior but the amount of time and effort I put into this account to have it taken away because of some toxicity is saddening. Your system did offer warnings I understand that but is there no room for forgiveness?

I'm sorry, but you're not going to get your account back. Riot does not reverse permanent bans unless there was some form of error made when issuing them, and that does not seem to be the case here. It's good that you learned your lesson, but unfortunately you learned it a little too late.

Unfortunately you brought this on yourself. You had 3 chances before the final one got you permanently banned. I understand that it's difficult sometimes to hold back but when your account, something that you say you spent a lot of time on, is at risk I would have thought that would be enough to make you seriously take a break and come back when you felt able to play without toxicity.

I know if I ever got a chat ban that I would be really upset and be very careful of what I said in the future but you didn't learn from two chat bans and a 14 day suspension. I'm not trying to beat you down, you know what you did was wrong but you didn't learn from it until it was too late. Sometimes that's what it takes. It might not be for you but you could always make a new account and prove to yourself you can play and be better than you were. Either way I will say good luck with things.
