Random permanent account suspension

Hey guys,

I just received a permanent suspension on league and I don't understand why, I've never been given a day or two ban or even a 14 day ban but automatically I was given a perma ban and I have never used any sorts of hacks in any game especially a game like league of legends where I've put tons of money into. In the email it says that I've violated league of legends terms of use but I have done no such thing.

I would like to say that my account was accessed from another location before which had kicked me out of my client but I quickly changed my password just in-case someone was trying to hack me. Please help me, I've submitted two tickets to riot and I really don't wanna lose my account. I have been playing this game for at least six years and I don't wanna go out like this. I've NEVER used any third party program in league of legends, I've always played fair. I'm pretty sure it must've been some mistake because I have done nothing but play the new star guardian mode, two games of ranked, one game of ranked flex and two/three normal's. Please help me.

You only need to submit one ticket, submitting more than one wont get them to answer any quicker.

Just wait, you'll eventually get your answer when they're able to get to your ticket.

permanent suspensions are just a blanket measure when account security is compromised. you'll just need to wait for riot to respond to your ticket and you'll get the account back safe and sound.

perma ban=/= permanent suspension.

Sometimes Riot has to apply what they call a "shield ban" when they suspect an account has been compromised. Just be patient with your ticket.
