League community going down the pooper.

Alright I have been playing this game since late 2008, so I have been playing awhile and before you ask why am I not challenger or diamond or master or whatever my answer is I have a life. not saying that the people that are of those ranks do not have a life I just happen to have a busy life to which I can't devote the time needed.

I have seen this community grow, I watched it when it had a base pool of less then 50k players. Now it has millions, it used to be fun to play League of Legends with random people. It was cool to play alongside someone from Germany, Spain, China, Japan and all parts of the USA. I have made many friends that I am actual contact with over Skype and whatnot. The community now is complete Crap, you cannot go into a game without someone calling you "trash" "kid" "get rek'd %%%got" and it is embarrassing to see this every game.

I work in a prison environment with the worst of the worst, people who have killed whole families, people who have murdered old people for a cell phone and their car. I work with people who have killed their kids in various terrible ways. Guess what I have to do? I have to go to work with them every day knowing that one day whenever they get out I may run into them at the store or the gas station or even living down the road from me. So I do my best to treat everyone with the humanity they deserve, not necessarily because it is my job to do so but because it is what is the right thing to do.

The people of this community are constantly reminding me of the environment I work in. I played a game earlier and my support was not having such a hot game, every time my support tried to do something that would gain us favor in the lane it would backfire. Finally my support succeeds and lands a hook and we secure a kill. Guess what their adc said... "Omg I cant believe I died to such trash, you are seriously so bad." I did not know this support very well but regardless I backed him and responded with "hey maybe he is having a bad game, leave him alone."

Bad games happen to all of us some more then other's. I am sure a lot of people will agree that they hate the type of people that spam the symbol thing over and over and then taunt and taunt just because you miss one skill shot or because your gank failed. We all know these people, these people who wouldn't dare do this stuff in real life so they have to get their angst out on the internet. Congratulations you are having a good game, good for you I am genuinely happy for you. but just remember for every good game there is a very bad game. Remember that feeling you get when you are just getting stomped but then they add on the insults and just make you feel really crappy? Well you have to realize that the same feeling you feeling is the same feeling the other person feels when you do really well. So why add the insults? Just to get some rise out of them? So what, grow up and be a constructive member of this community. Lets make League great and fun again. I am sure I am not the only one who is tired of these kind of people.
