Perma banned

Look, ive been playing LoL since season 1. ive been suspended twice, and i just got perma banned for dropping F bombs. Hear me out, this game is amazing and i love it, but the Tribunal system is corrupt, i was instigated by a Xerath support and Kennen ADC. Dont tell my there arent players out there who look as ranked to be super serious like myself, then when you get people just throwing the game on purpose, but yet they cant get banned for it? I drop an F bomb, and all of a sudden thats worse than picking troll champions ruining the competitive side of the game. i have invested over at least $3000 into my account. Tell me if im wrong, but banning my account IS THEFT. Riot games is stealing my money, if they are perma banning my account where i dont have access to WHAT I OWN. I understand punishments, but give me atleast a 1 month ban, if not 2 months. But banned for life? no im sorry, but im filing a law suit if this isnt turned to a suspension. I have spent too much time, and too much money into this game to have it ripped away from me like that. I HAVE BEEN ROBBED.

A law suit is not going to get you very far. Riot did not steal any money from you. You willingly gave them money to them in a free to play game, and they are well within their rights to permanently restrict your access to that account. You broke the rules that you agreed to and you got punished.

Also, if you read the ToU, you would know that no matter how much money you spend on it, you do not own the account or anything associated with it, Riot does. They are simply "renting" it out to you, so to speak.

You don't get permabanned for JUST dropping f bombs.

Let's see some chat logs.

"2.2. What happens if my account is terminated? (No LoL for you.)

If your account is terminated, you’ll no longer have access to it, including any of the associated data or content (e.g., champions, skins, Riot Points, etc.). You’ll not be entitled to any refunds and we’ll have no liability to you. We also reserve the right to terminate any other accounts you may have created (also without any refunds or liability to you). You understand and agree that using the Riot Services comes with the risk that your account may be terminated or suspended and that, whenever you use the Riot Services, you’ll bear this risk in mind and always conduct yourself appropriately."

Also meaning you no longer own anything on your account.

Honestly, there are some people out there who claim to be justified when they arent, like, why should a word that is said be what causes a permanent ban? the tribunal doesnt get every nit pick detail, it shouldnt permaban someone unless there is a big case for it. It's not right, and its not fair

People troll. From my personal experience, it is better to just ignore all of it. Just mute all players at the beginning of the game and play the game. No matter how Riot looks at the situations, if you are being just as bad as them . . . then you are just as guilty. Report them, file a ticket, say you want to escalate your ticket, and move on.

Punishments go by a tiered-based system.

1st: 10-game chat restriction. 2nd: 25-game chat restriction. 3rd: 2-week ban. 4th: permaban.

Whenever you are punished, then regardless of the severity of the offense you are given the next step up in the punishment list for you, which in this case was a permaban. With ~3 months of shown attempted reformation you can drop down one punishment tier (i.e. from a 2-week ban to a 25-game chat restriction). Now if you wish to actually discuss your ban then post your entire Reform Card here (check your email/spam folder and the game client for it).

You basically don't own squat, so they didn't really rob you, you broke the rules and were punished for it according to the Terms of use you mindlessly clicked "I accept" on.

And considering that you have been punished previously, it means that you didn't take heed of the warnings and this is the result of that.
