After all i could gather you will get banned after 1 to 2 warnings , but do these warnings ever dissapear? Like lets say you got banned 3 years ago because you were toxic and after 3 years you call someone a c@nt will this result in an instantanious permaban?
No, they are not permanent. They do decay with time.
Yes, punishment levels decay. I think the source page says it's about 6 months of playtime (note: it's over games played, not over time). So over that span its reasonable to go from a 14 day ban (last warning) to a clean record, where next punishment is usually a 10 game chat restriction.
Funny enough they decay a good 5x faster than it takes to gain an honor level
