Can somebody help me?

My account has been created when League of Legends was Opening Beta ( I remember the last time I played at NA server is 2010 or 2011 until Vietnam server opened. But sometimes I'm still logging in Website, not on the NA server ) I have recovered my password in my email. It still works. I'm writing in my account but when I logging in the NA server "Account has been permanently suspended"

I checked Match History and I found someone is playing my account at the end of this time 8/26/2017. My email use with the Steam system and another system. No one got my Email password because I security it very carefully.
