HELP my account has been permanently suspended

This morning I tried to log in but was met with a message that said "this account has been permanently suspended. Please check the email address associated with your League of Legends account for additional details." Well, i checked my email and there was this :Your account was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. RITO please this must be a mistake .....help
