I know it's hard for riot to decide whether or not someone is scripting or not, especially from 1 game, and i'm thankful for riot for taking the LeagueSharp case to the the court, but deciding whether or not a player is scripting should be obvious! Programs are programs, and they will run the exact same way whether it be the first time or the 55th time. Therefore deciding whether or not someone is scripting should be easy if you have a few examples.

If you take the the link in this post as an example, you can see how the kogmaw ALWAYS dodges with exactly 90 degrees angle from where the skillshot is thrown.

Thoughts?

Not even remotely. Morganas Q is one of slowest projectiles in game, it wasnt clutch dodge or anything. He just moved when u fired it. Reason why Morganas root is so long is because hitting it on range on target thats not impaired in any way should technically be impossible.

lol it's a scripter man, the people that posted in comments before me are probably scripters that are defending him or just trolls. the kog/lulu bot lane is also a common scripting bot lane as it's very easy to climb with.
