Judge My 14 days ban

Today I was banned for the first time, for 14 days, with no prior chat suspension, for a single recent game i've played. The chat log is the following (I've linked a screen of it instead of copying to show you I didn't edit anything).

I was using Twitch jungle for the first time, the match went downhill pretty fast, and I did lash out twice during the game, and once after it, in the aftermatch. The first time I lashed at the chat itself, which somehow had become bold and looked blurry, annoying the hell out of me (The others had the same problem). The second time, it was during a skirmish botlane, where I've shouted at Lulu to get back in the fight since our midlaner, Lux, just got there and was left alone by the full hp support (capslock, but no insults whatsoever). After the match (It starts at "so what should I learn"), in the post-match I was pretty depressed because since my kda was negative and my farm poor, during the last minutes of the match I was being blamed for the loss by our botlane, Lulu especially. As I tried to justify my point of view, I got attacked by Lulu who kept pulling stuff like "you're shit", "it's your fault", "shut up" (I wish I could see the complete log) and we became more and more aggressive towards each other. I'm pretty sure it was the argument at the end to cost me the ban, but I'm not sure if it was "u're retarded" or "you're the cancer of the community" (Which itself DOES surprise me, I can see these are insults, but I would have never imagined they would be treated this way). What do you think, is the ban deserved? If it is deserved, shouldn't Lulu be punished too , since she was the first one being toxic? (I'm 100% sure he used insults, I just don't remember specifically which ones). The Lulu player wasn't banned, or at least it doesn't look like it, judging from his recent matches. Is it because I was too depressed to report this guy? But the GM who checked the match should have also noticed it.

Really? You got banned from this? This is tame as fuck, I got bm'd for 30 minutes by a yasuo and got called a %%%%%% in 10 different ways and nothing happened to him

If no one reports a person, it's assumed that no one was bothered by their chat.

Except for the "forever a silver", which could be considered an insult by the IFS depending on what it was in response to, your chat looks good up until after the line, "so, what should I learn from this experience". After that point, it's pretty bad.

^ That can be considered hate speech. It's using an identity of a group of people as an insult. I believe that I have seen a standard 10 game chat restriction that included that language, but the IFS isn't a static system, so it could have gradually changed to be harsher towards that.

I would say that a punishment is deserved, but I'm uncertain about the severity.

My guess is the automated system picked up "cancer of the community" and misinterpreted it as "get cancer" which would be punishable.

This is mine from a Flaming Vlad that sold all items went double Mobis at 15mins Flamed about the enemy team comp and started inting. Even though our whole team was trying to calm them down they got even more mad and in the end I didn't just take it like I should have all the times he called me retarded searched up my rank called me boosted. Said I did nothing all game when he was 3/8 Prior to selling all items and going movement speed to int... lol etc. :)

So, everyone, remember to report anyone about anything, you can ban anyone saying a single insulting word, you're surely in the right, it's the best thing to do after all. Or maybe, you don't like one guy? Keep telling him he plays very bad, that the team is losing because of him, it doesn't matter if it's true, you're not being toxic at all since you're not using bad words, you're a good boy, and he'll most likely be angry and say something reportable. Or it might happens the opposite, like to me last week when in ranked an opponent Veigar mid told me (Nunu jgl) he would kill my mother in capslock because I dared to gank him twice, but hey, he got lucky and wasn't checked by an employee so he wasn't banned (I know because there was not instant feedback note). It's the lottery boys, the luckiest wins, isn't this awesome, just like a minigame in the game itself.
