I would suggest you take a break from this game and consider doing something else that isn't so toxic to your health and well-being.

This game has a lot of trolls, feeders, and toxic players. You've breathed in too much and if you don't want to repeat. Reconsider your choices.

You were permanently banned from being verbally toxic multiple times. What part are you having trouble understanding. You weren't permabanned because of these particular games. You were permanently banned from continuing to be toxic and reported on multiple occasions. You had a 14 day ban and continued to exhibit toxic behavior and so riot had enough and banned you because you are continuously choosing not to reform and show zero signs of progress.
