Instant Feed Back System fail

So I was playing a normals match when in champ select i chose my champ (Cait), locked in, then proceeded to the bathroom with haste. When we get into game I noticed that we had a jinx and janna top lane. Asked them if i should just go top rather then try and solo bot lane. To which I was then called gay for insta locking. we had a short dialogue back and fourth to which Janna then calls me a %%%got. I hadn't called anyone names or been rude. I told them if they want to be rude I could just feed the vayne or go afk. So then the ahri rallied the enemy team to request that I get reported after the game for no reason. Ill attach the chat logg that Riot deemed inappropriate. Would love to get a proper reason as to why I have a 14day ban on my account. If this instant feed back system is only looking for key words to justify reason for suspending someone rather than the context they were used in then the system needs to be reworked. I didnt go afk or feed the vayne albeit i did have a bad game soloing against vayne and blitz.

p.s the %%%got is a derogatory word to call someone gay the form just wont let it be posted without being censored.

Its the fact you repeated it. There is never a need to do that, nor is it wise. You should have just muted them and reported them after the game, not repeat what they were saying. it doesnt help as well you threaten to AFK thus making the other people on your team not only deal with toxic people, but a potential AFK. why ruin it for the rest of the people because of someone else?

Even if your behavior was not caught until now, or your behavior was triggered by another person's behavior: you are not justified. Riot's ability to enforce their rules is independent of their actual enforcement of the rules. Because you yourself were caught, riot has already reserved the right to punish you even if they havn't punished you before for that behavior and even if they are unable to punish others for the same behavior, as you yourself were caught "red-handed". Believing that a behavior is OK simply because it goes largely unnoticed to a certain point does not make it OK: that is complacency.

The use of certain comments are considered offenses that are grounds enough for disciplinary action. It doesn't matter if you weigh your own comments differently then other people, you will be disciplined based on what Riot deems to be unacceptable behavior because they have reserved the right already: regardless of whether they are right or wrong.

You should take the opportunity you have now to stop your account from becoming a full perma-ban and reform your behaviour. Work on addressing your behavior and take your ban seriously instead of trying to justify yourself. There are no excuses for certain types of behavior and riot won't except them on the grounds that they have every right to say what is and what is not acceptable.

On the other hand, if you honestly truly believe that you have not violated the terms of use then contact riot and discuss the evidence against you.
