I was banned, yes I was putting our teammate on blast but because he was blaming and flaming another teammate and quoting his kd as why this should be allowed. I was defending a teammate, not in the best of language i'll admit but this is bull that this guy and his duo get to keep bullying players and nothing happens to them. I don't feel a 2 week ban was fair for a first time punishment. (Never even been muted) Overkill much?
Two wrongs do not make right. Just because a problem is occurring doesn't mean you're obligated to join that problem. You are either part of the game or part of the problem. Trying to put out a fire with gasoline doesn't solve your issue. If this was your first penalty and triggered a 14-day ban, then you said something that's against the zero-tolerance policy.
You should be being doing two things in this game. Enjoying the game but not at someone's expense and if needed, report the player who is ruining everyone's experience, including your own. This isn't a chatroom and trying to defend a player in what you believe to be a "noble cause" is doing everything against what this game is meant for. You shouldn't be typing anything negative nor retaliating against your enemies or teammates. Regardless what they do.
Mute. Report. Move on.
Chat logs, show us what you said and we'll be able to point you in the direction of of the banned was justified and why or it you should appeal it.
I understand that you we're just trying to defend someone, but the best course of action in this situation would have been muting them and reporting them after game, all without saying a word to them. While it's noble to try and defend someone, becoming toxic in the process makes you part of the problem, and not the solution. Also, I'd like to point out that just because you don't receive instant feedback doesn't mean nothing has been done.
