Loosing LP, because of AFK and Trolls.

So lately i have been loosing a couple of ranked games, because of AFK's and Trolls. Last game i lost 16 LP, which may not sound as much, but when you loose that many points quite often, it's very difficult to climb. I think it's very unfair, that the players who likes the game and take it seriously, gets punished, for the inevitable loss.

Is there any way to get the LP back?
