When a Joke isn't really a joke...

Recently I was in a customs game with a pre made group of 4 (including myself) and we decided to mess with our random 5th, so i proceeded to verbally abuse this person I did not know in the in-game chat. Little did I know, this person that I was saying terrible things to turned out to be a Rioter... Yeah talk about absolutely screwed. I know this is not a joke and for some reason I have not been perm-banned yet, which I 100% deserve and expect. Moral of my story is, even if you think it is funny and you and your friends laugh about it, it isn't seen that way by other people. That person that you are bashing online can and will take offense and in the end you will feel like a total dirt bag. I'm not expecting special treatment, and I am definitely not trying to plea innocent. I would just like to give all of my fellow summoners a friendly reminder; when on League of Legends, don't flame at people. Even if you see it as poking fun or having a good time, your (in this case, my) toxicity will negatively affect other's experience while playing League.
