I want to thank everyone for the amazing and great support,it helped me through this so much, Thank you everyone, I just got a response from a Rioter to my ticket telling me that i got unbanned and that they sent me a compensation, i want to yet again thank everyone that helped me through this. It seems i was telling the truth after all. -I love this community -I love this game -I LOVE RIOT

I went through the account and it seems that the new system which detect bots made a mistake in this case. I would like to thank you for patients and understanding. We always try to stay ahead of bots but this time our efforts resulted in player pain, which is the opposite of what we are trying to do.

I un-banned your account and added 10 days of IP boost to help you with catching up. Let me know if you have additional questions, welcome back to Fields of Justice.

5 Days ago my account got permanently suspended. i had that account since season 3(My main account) i have never been banned or chat restricted. and i created this account myself and lvled it to 30 on my own in about 2 month without EXP/IP boost i sent a support ticket and they replied: Hello LeChatlier,

Your account has been linked to suspicious activity surrounding account selling and the use of third-party programs, sometimes known as bots. Suspensions applied to accounts for this reason cannot be lifted. If you believe this ban is in error, feel free to let me know and I'll be happy to look into the matter for you. Please know, however, that it's unlikely that the decision will be reversed.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Then i followed up on that same ticket and the 2nd reply shocked me : Hello LeChatlier,

Thank you for your patience. I went ahead and double-checked your account, and it looks like a program was used to level to 30, and then sold. This is a gross violation of our Terms of Use, so the account will have to remain suspended indefinitely. If you’d like to create your own account, we’ll be more than happy to offer you any support we can.

I got shocked because i created that account and i know it's not botted. so i told them i can prove it's not botted because i know the first champion i bought and the first skin i bought and if they track the games leading to this account lvling to 30 they will see from the scores and the ingame chat logs and the honors and other things that this is not a botted account but they replied :

I can understand your point of view but, unfortunately, we are 100% certain of this. As such, the account will remain suspended.

This decision is final.

and i have no idea what i should do and why they can't just take a deeper look to give me justice.

One more question... What kind of bot lvls an account in 60+ days ? because that's approximately the time that took me to lvl that account, and what kind of bot doesn't purchase an EXP/IP boost ? because i never bought any of these on this account

UPDATE : after i made this post i received lots of support and help from everyone here,i even got noticed by a rioter but almost 13 hrs later i get the EXACT SAME response i got on my 2nd follow up on the ticket :

Edit : The weekend is almost over and the coming morning will be a business day, i still haven't gotten any official reply since the Riot WookieeCookie reply on this Thread, and i'm hoping that in the morning i will receive one.

I just want to thank everyone for the amazing support and for taking their time to look into this. i'm still hoping that this will be solved and that i will continue to pour even more effort and time into my BELOVED! Hey LeChatlier,

I took a look at your account and to clarify it was actioned on by a separate system then what my team did this week. Our test was only on the North American server, while your account is on EU-West.

With that said, it looks like something may be wrong and you deserve a second look. The EU support team is separate from us here in NA, but I'm going to reach out to my counterpart in Dublin and we'll get to the bottom of this.

I'd recommend never stopping the tickets, but yeah, if their program flags you, it's not like any of them have the ability to do anything.

As I've said, they literally can't stop you from opening new tickets, ever, though.

It's funny how easy it is to detect bots right now but they go digging into a season 3 account? I'm leveling up a new account right now and literally every coop vs ai game has at least 1 bot. I even LOST a couple of bot games since they're queuing in 4s now.

This shit scares me. If I lost my main account, I wouldn't have strength to make a new one. I put so much time and effort into it (with 20 perfect rune pages, almost all champions bought and several level 7 masteries), I couldn't even imagine myself going through the XP and IP grinding again.

unfortunately in the job scene the vast majority of people really just dont give a fuck, about what happens as long as it doesnt impact them in a negative way. Granted it seems like there are a good amount of riot employees who are passionate about the games and all, but sometimes they cant really help because it isnt really in their power to do so. If youre going to west LA anytime soon, id recommend meeting them in person and talking about it. i bet that would work. Hope it works out for ya

They are terrible at detecting bots. I already knew this because I see bots that are level 30 going 20+ games in Co Op vs AI or ARAM and still not getting banned, yet somehow they falsely tagged you as you say, I am not 100% sure if I believe you, not saying you're lieing it's just that I've seen tons of bots lately to the point I even make threads about it. Do you mind sharing the account name that got banned?

They said they are 100% sure that it happened, you could be lying. No way for us to tell anyways, still upvoting and bumping so a rioter can take a look.

Those rioters who initially handled your case should be fired or at the very least disciplined. They obviously didn't look into the matter at all and just assumed you would go away. Good job being persistent and keeping a cool head.

I never post and always feel that the ones that do are guilty, but after reading this I think Riot needs to get their head out of their rear end and undo this. I mean come on, this account is almost 4 yrs old.
