I Have been Unfairly suspended

Hello as I am being ignored by the help website I would like to post my issue on here to see if it gets any of riots attention. I have just been suspended for "toxicity" the last game I played I was abused by a premade who said repeatly in the game they were going to report me for "useless" and for "noob" I asked the enemy to report them for flame and then they both said in all chat that I was the flamer. The E-Mail riot send me of why I am suspended was from a game I played 2 days ago where I was playing with 2 friends and 2 randoms. The randoms in question abused all 3 of us heavily of how we played and I was admittedly rude back but what I fail to understand is that in the space of these games I have been abused by 4 individuals heavily without reason and my reports against them have don't nothing and I am now suspended for 2 weeks. Please can I be told where the justice is of punishing a victim :/ I have spend a fair amount of money on the game for skins and bundles and other things available in the shop and the only way to describe it is that I feel like I have been robbed now as it is "non-refundable" which is also garbage because other games I play with similar aspects do refund there micro transactions if the circumstances are acceptable.

Until you post your chatlogs we can't help you find what might have got you punished. In the mean time here is some information on how the report system works. (specifically why you don't need to fear premades)

-- Reports do not lead directly to punishment. They lead to a review of the match for the player being reported. 9 reports are no different than 1 report, it just flags the match for review.

Once your account has a certain number of flagged matches associated with it, the system randomly selects some of those matches for review. Once reviewed, if you did nothing wrong in any of those matches, the reports are thrown out and those players future reports become less valuable.

The severity of the punishment is not based on severity of offense. It is a 4 strike system, where severity of the punishment is based on how many strikes you have accrued:

1st strike - 10 game chat ban 2nd strike - 25 game chat ban 3rd strike - 14 day full ban 4th strike - perma

There is an exception for hate speech, racial slurs, or extreme cases of toxicity, that will result in skipping and going straight to 3rd or 4th strike.

Reacting to toxicity in a rude manner is still punishable. You cannot control their behavior, but you can stop yourself from stooping to their level.

Also, asking others to report someone is punishable. Simply report them yourself; one report is enough to flag the game for review, there's not need to solicit additional reports.

Your level of morality must be exceedingly poor to earn that level of a punishment. I'm afraid the light at the end of your particular tunnel is very distant and the tunnel is very dreary and cramped.

It will be a long time until you have demonstrated to the system that you have achieved a proper moral bearing and will be eligible to see the inside of a hextech chest.

Reports are reviewed. You aren't suspended for one offense. etc...

Chat logs will help and also asking others to report is against the summoners code i think.

You'll get your account back in 2 weeks. If you stop arguing and being negative in chat, you won't get punished again. If you continue arguing and being negative in chat, your account will be permanently banned. Try to not do anything that will make someone want to report you. Mute liberally.
