Please riot, let us have a disband if there is a troll in Queue

I am sick of those trolling players (insert insult if you wish) who go full troll already during champ select. Experience shows, the next 20min+ are just a waste of time and annoying). How about giving us the chance to disband such groups without leave timers and report said trolls? 3:2 or 4:1 vote and the group gets disbanned and the troll gets a mark or for ranked, a direct loss. Maybe that would stop people from trolling and actually get rid of the so called elo hell,... That would be so awesome,....
