Randomly Banned

So my account has been recently banned, and I'm not sure I can find the reason. The login error when I try to login says that there is an email in my inbox and I do not see it anywhere. I'm not sure if I was unfairly banned or if I just didn't receive it because of a glitch. I don't know who I should contact or where I should go so I just wrote on the boards.I hope I can get a response to this and an explanation.

open a support ticket request the reason to the banning and what you can do to correct it if at all
