About Reports
If people just decide to report you, even though you did nothing wrong, what happens? For example, 2 duo kids report me for toxic, when all i said the entire game, was "I need a gank." How does this work????

Anyone can report you for anything. If you did nothing wrong, nothing will happen.
EvilDustMan has it right. You might receive a notice that you were recently reported, but that's an automated fast-feedback system. If you know you did nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about. And if those players submit false reports like that frequently enough, their reports will eventually be ignored by the system anyhow.
