Passive-agressive behavior
There are times where people say "Damn it" to a teammate after their death, or spam the "missing enemy" ping. Is passive-aggressive behavior against the rules?

I think its fine. Its not like they are out right bashing someone. People have to let out their frustration even a little bit. You shouldn't hold on to feelings.
