I was permanently banned

I feel like I have changed as a person. I have controlled my anger. stopped using drugs that escalated my anger in games and towards other players. I know I was being toxic back then and was not good for the league community. I'm wondering if you can give me one more chance to show that I really have changed. I don't curse, blame others, rage, let things bother me when it's just a game. I hope you are able to give me a chance. My name is DrugsandPaper(which I plan on changing if giving the opportunity). I played a few seasons and made it to plat 3 was the highest rank. I miss all the champs I had and it's hard to enjoy the game when you have to start out fresh. I've been playing on Kevint123 if you want to review any last games to make sure I was playing fairly and not saying any choice words. I'm starting a new account-- 21savageNosnitch so please review these and hopefully you will give me the opportunity of getting back my account! thanks for taking the time to read this. If you have reformed on your new account, that's great! However, I'm sorry to tell you but you won't be getting back your old account. Riot does not lift any behavioral punishments unless there was some form of error on their end, and admitting that you were toxic back then shows that it wasn't an error.

(Forgive me if im wrong, im not hugely knowledgeable on this topic) Wasn't Tyler1 perma banned, even on his new accounts? Anyway, isn't he allowed now to keep playing the game as long as he isnt toxic, or is that just one of those "facts" that float around between players?

Tyler1 as a player has received an indefinite ban from League of Legends, which means that all of his known existing accounts were permanently banned and any new accounts that Riot can trace to him will also be permanently banned, so you are correct there.

However, I don't think that Riot has officially lifted this indefinite ban. Of course, there's really nothing stopping him from playing the game since creating new accounts is free, but I believe that Riot will still permanently ban any accounts they know are his even if he isn't currently being toxic on them. Now, I'm not entirely sure about this second part, but I haven't seen any official announcement that Riot lifted his indefinite ban, so this is just what I believe will happen.

With all that said, I guess I should rephrase my statement that any behavioral punishments on an account will not be lifted unless there was some form of error on Riot's end. Indefinite bans against a player can very well be lifted, and there was such a case in the past.

would be nice if you can get a second chance. if it were up to me I would give it to you. but you're asking this of people that let Dynamic Ranked go on for an entire season before they changed it. Riot is just full of dicks and people who dont care about the individual player.
