Hello all,

If you can see my first post, i tell you im not english, and all my english was learned on league of legends.

I writed to the support in french, but they didnt read me. I writed it in english, maybe better mentality, who know he is talking with human.

"Please ... im looking for rioter who can understand im just human ... and i want talk to human and not get automatic response ... Just read me please ?"

I wait over 3 weeks no response. If you bump it it takes even longer. It's how they force you to forget about it because they don't want to deal with a legitimate issue. They have better things to do than their job at their job I'm sure.

I for one, get speedy messages, but I do think they could do a greater job with human involvement. Then again, is it possible? There are a LOT of tickets being sent in. It seems like quite a task.
