I am Plat 5 and invested a lot of time, energy and money into my account and love league. What should I do?

The reform card that popped up when you logged into the game should've at least had a message that mentioned why your account was banned/suspended. What did it say?

Check you email again in about 1 1/2 hours. Sometimes it can take a little while to get.
