Sorry for my bad english, not a meme actually. So after a 14 days ban, which some of you might consider deserved, others not, but to be clear it was for calling out reports on people who were actually; refusing to -> Defend inhib turrets or nexus, refuse to help their team next to them etc i came back to League to play a game and this is what happened:

I played nasus top lane, my entire team got stomped, me too i got dove several times without any help, i admit my top laner enemy roamed and moved much more than i did, but i always thought i did the right things to win the game, i mean, nasus without his stacks is pretty much useless, some of my team started to channel their rage and flame towards me, accusing me of trolling and inting for a pleasant 30 minutes long (yet i finished the game 4-5-7) even then i asked for them to not be toxic on me PLEASE, yet i kept trying and always moved to defend and help when i felt strong enough even if i got several verbal harassment, right after the game my client exits and i got this pop-up message which states i was EXTREMELY toxic and inflammatory:

Strique: they dove me before nobody helped Strique: good night boy Strique: then dont be toxic on me plz Strique: dont go Strique: i have 300hp? Strique: dude Strique: how is it my fault Strique: we have no jungler Strique: and they have a beast? Strique: voli pushing since lvl 1 and he feeds xin in river meanwhile Strique: w/e ur muted and reported xd Strique: this is what happens when ur toxic Strique: the entire game Strique: ty Strique: nah ur the banned met Strique: while i did nothing wrong ur the most toxic being here Strique: ok Strique: ok im done Strique: gl Strique: now u gonna 1v5 them vayne Strique: permaflaming me Strique: sure im trolling xd

Do you honestly think this game is PERMAban worthy even if i tried as hard as i could while getting harassed? Obviously Riot wont copy my team messages, but you could get an idea :)

I feel like the tribunal is just an automated system that doesnt even check what actually happened in the game but rather the number of reports you get, and this is how it works guys, its not just me i've been reading multiple posts of people complaining of the same, so you just can go run it down mid, destroy the entire game on your own, refuse to help ur team NEXT to you while spamming mastery dance or taunts and nothing will happen to you, but dont try to argue, dont try to defend yourself, DONT use the chat at all because it doesnt matter if you state this place is a wonderful world, you're gonna be accused of EXTREME INFLAMMATORY behaviour and get permabanned, i find this pretty sad actually, premades will get you permabanned if they feel like, what should i have done this game? Try to move and follow enemy team as 0-30 nasus 10 stacks? Or try my best to be strong in late even if i get the harrassment? Which i really didnt mind much at all.

Is this permaban worthy? Nope, but that isnt how this works. First off you just came off of a 14 day ban, so basically anything you do to break the rules, no matter how small, will bump you up to the next tier of punishment which is the permaban, and that is why you got punished!

How is that exhibing toxic behaviour? Can someone explain me? Also too bad i dont have the chat logs for my 14day but they were pretty much the same, asking for people to not feed/troll WITHOUT even harassing them, together with please? xD

The issue is you were recently on a 14 day ban. They will perma you for even the slightest offense because it shows you aren't scared at all about them potentially banning your account. If you exhibit toxic behavior right after a ban, they think it'll only get worse as you get more into the groove of your old self after playing a few more games. Toxicity usually gets worse the more you play, not better.

i have been looking deeper at some people who replied to your post, and i noticed Karunamon is actually not someone to look to for a fair and unbiased answers or suggestions. No matter what anyone says or how innocent they may seem, he seems to try really hard to find a way to make it seem that riots system is 100% fair and just, and the problem is just on the players who seek clarity. PLZ don't be discouraged by this one person, he just wants to find fault where there is no fault, in some cases he may be right. however according to ALL off his comments there is not ONE case where a player who is petitioning for fair and valid responses are right. He seems to want to antagonize ALL of the people who cases he has read and commented on. Just wanted to let you know don't read too much into someone who's sole purpose is to criticize rather than looking at cases objectively.

Im glad to see that after some downvotes, i get upvotes too from people agreeing with me, guys REMEMBER this is not the standard post from a toxic guy spamming nerd rage in chat, this is from someone whos got bullied several times and banned for asking for reports to this kind of people, but with automated system, only the number of reports matter nowadays, your behaviour or attitude matters few or nothing, if you think i am the problem here you're pretty wrong but you're gonna get there sooner or later, ive been playing league since beta, never had any ban problems but now? Its just a troll fiesta and apparently the right answer is troll harder without using the chat, if all agree on that lets move along and close this. SADLY

Not really perma ban worthy. Though after your 14 day ban riot pretty much searches for things to get you for.

If you had said this got you perma-banned without previous punishments, no but you didn't have a clean account. You just got back from a 14 day ban in which you are warned that it's your final warning and from there until your account comes into good standing again you were on thin ice meaning even slight toxicity will get you banned.

Hey guys, last night i went to sleep pretty sad, not because i lost my account permanently but because of the fact i was threatened here like im the bad grass we gotta remove from this game, when all i did in this game was take a shot to the chest and be shut while at it. But then i checked other threads, not from people who were obviously toxic, but similar behaviours, and i was like damn, theres blinded people who wont even argue properly but lick riot ass, so heck it, i wont fight for anything, better move along. But then i read these hope comments, new people agreeing with me yet again and i have renewed hopes, we gotta do something about this! Feels like this system is made up for actual inters, wintraders and trolls, who use or not use the chat, but only the NUMBER of reports matter.

I came up yesterday asking for people to enlighten me where or when i was toxic and all i had was generic comments like, 'dun b toxic again' 'you had 14day ban' Did you even bother to read that my previous bans were in this similar fashioned way? I used the chat to defend myself, NEVER to harass others and yet here i am. We gotta do something about this guys..

Tribunal isnt around, instead we have ifs and if you disagree with the logs open a ticket
