Will this lower my report value?

So I just had a game where our mid laner flamed our jungler. This triggered our jungler and he went on to troll our team. He first walked into enemy turrets and champs and gave 3-4 kills , he even went as far as going in enemy base. Later on he changed his build and stopped feeding but did nothing else than running around here and there. He then told enemy we were doing baron which got us killed after which he again changed his build. He then killed enemy adc but beyond that he did nothing else to help us except going in enemy base with our top to take some turrets which was the only helpful thing he did in entire game , most of the time he stood in base running around , flaming and taunting our mid laner.

Now , I reported him for assisting enemy team and unsportsmanlike behavior but ofc I did not get any feedback which means he went unpunished but is this going to lower my report value? He did not had terrible kda like most int feeders have like 0/20 or something but he DID fed 3-4 kills to enemy intentionally while also screwing up our team. He deserved at least 14 days ban. I am asking this because I heard int feeding in even 1 game is enough to get perma banned.

If what you tell us is true, then no. its a valid report and does not negatively impact your report weight.

Make sure your report message has details of what happened.

Also please don't rage at the jungler, its your job to win lane.

You don't have enough reports. Maybe if your whole team reported the jungler, he would get punished.

That's a punishable offense

That should be picked up by the leaverbuster.

He then told enemy we were doing baron which got us killed

That's DEFINITELY a punishable offense. I recall a tribunal case (Yes, back when the tribunal was active) where that was one of the few things a player said; the case was voted 'punish' by overwhelming majority.

If you think Riot should take a closer look at it, consider sending a ticket into support. They won't give a committed answer, but they will at least take a glance.

Too bad you don't have video evidence or something since I find your side of the story alone difficult to believe, no offense.
