Another Ranked Game, Another Intent Feeder

I literally JUST posted about this same problem and it happens AGAIN. Lux on our team intent feeds, flashing into the enemy and trying to get killed. Took a screenshot of the end result... Started talking to the enemy in game like he/she knew them. I am trying so hard to rank up, can I please get help here..!? This is literally NOT my fault!?!? To any moderators, I will send s/s. Thank you... Please help.
