Got FALSELY ACCUSED of using "exploits"! Submitted a ticket for a week, what else can I do!?
Have posted this post at Miscellaneous section, thought this would work at a player Behavior & Moderation thread as well.
So, I got falsely accused of using exploits and I have already submitted a help ticket to Riot... What else can I do!?
I received an email (attached below) one day, notifying that I was banned because of using exploits/unauthorized 3rd party program, etc. I followed up with Riot Game Support by submitting a ticket to figure out what has happened. Rising Blade was the representative that I was working with and I still have no idea why and HOW I got banned. I did NOT use ANYTHING to gain unfair advantage to the game.

Being an IT auditor myself, I gave them the benefit of doubt that the "detector" may be tripped off incorrectly. I have been replying to the support ticket by providing all the options that I can think of that may have triggered a false-positive. I have been responding nicely for about a week. The conversation below is showing that this is NOT making progress at all. I thought I would post this thread here to see if anyone has faced similar accusation and how they have dealt with it to evidence the TRUTH to Riot Game Support team.
DISCLAIMER - I am very upset with Riots Game Support's ability to deal with issues like this as I am typing this thread. Sorry if any of my languages offended anyone.

Another review of what? The game play replay that I have requested, or the log that was generated systemically?! As an IT auditor, I am questioning the accuracy of the log generator.
I spent a lot of time into this account, and I am VERY upset with the inability of the riot investigation team to identify an exploit. Again, I did NOT use any exploits to benefit myself from the game. I play the game on a work computer after work for god's sake. I wouldn't be playing Normal mode with my friends, co-workers, families, or only rank Silver V if I were to use any exploits.
Again, very upset with the inability of the investigative team and the way you handled these false accusations.
Could you please put me in touch with anyone that has the ability to really look into this matter and compensate me for this FALSE ACCUSATION at riot!?

Another review determined that our investigation was accurate. This was not an anti-virus, computer settings, or false positives.
We must continue to take exploits seriously; when a player uses an exploit they might only think of what they're gaining but not how they're harming other players. This is not something we are willing to give second chances on as that would present a perception that it's okay to get away with this.
As this situation has been explained, we will be considering this matter closed.

Understand that you cannot give me additional details, but again, I want to specify that I did NOT use any exploits that will benefit my gaming result.
I have an anti-virus software installed on my computer that blocks incoming or outgoing PvP transmission. Could this have triggered the false alarm? I know at times I am kicked out of the game and have to click 'ALLOW program to transmit PvP transmission' in order to load the game again.
As I need to re-allow the game every time I open up the local client, I also need to readjust my mouse accuracy from the control panel as the computer treats this as a special program that was 'allowing special PvP' connection. Could this lead to the false alarm? Again, I am sure you all have access to the game replay. Please kindly review my games and you will see how I did NOT use any exploits to benefit myself from the game.

I'm taking a look at your account, and it does seem this account was benefiting from the use of exploits.
We will be unable to clarify further as it would compromise our investigations and initiatives, or overturn this suspension for any reason. These exploits hurt the community in all game modes by creating an unfair advantage. Regardless of the intent, unauthorized 3rd party programs are against the terms of use.

Thank you for your prompt response. Again, like I have said, I did NOT use any hacks, scripts, exploits, or unauthorized third party program. Check my game replays! I have been playing for about a year and I did NOT use anything to gain unfair competitive advantage.
This is a false accusation and please kindly look into it for me. I am a Asian working professional. As an auditor, I take accusations like this very personally and am very concerned with these kind of false accusation. No one else has access to my account, and I did NOT use anything to gain unfair advantage as I fully understand how things like hacks can take away the fun of the game.
Please let me know if there is anything I can provide to evidence that I did NOT use anything to gain unfair advantage of the game. I look forward to hearing from you.

I don't understand what happened but I received an email saying the following:
