Refunding RP, just got permabanned

Well, I just got permabanned, I don't think Riot is going to actually look into my response based on other discussions i have looked at. I don't know if they will give me a second chance but, I recently bought RP. I have a pretty big amount. When I log in, it tells me I'm permabanned and then i click "I understand". The cilent just closes and there is nothing i can do about my purchases. If I can't get unbanned, I would at least like to have a refund or a way to gift it away to my friends or something.

TBH, I feel like a perma chat restriction in my case would fit my situation better but I'm hoping I can at least get something positive out of this.

you agreed to the Terms of Use "If your account is terminated, you’ll no longer have access to it, including any of the associated data or content (e.g., champions, skins, Riot Points, etc.). You’ll not be entitled to any refunds and we’ll have no liability to you. "

You'd have to go through your credit card provider and try to revert the charge. I have no idea whether or not they would actually let you do so or how it would affect your credit rating though.

Though, I doubt the perma-ban was a surprise considering you received previous punishments and apparently didn't bother to improve your behaviour.

Purchasing a large amount of RP when you knew you were close to getting banned was a poor decision. You knew what would happen next if you continued your behvaiour,

You only have yourself to blame.

Why should you get the RP again? It was entirely your fault you got permabanned. It's irrelevant whether you bought RP right before you got permabanned.

Yah, I don't think it's very fair.. You can't advertise a player to spend money on your game and then ban them because another player points at them.

while on the subject, i feel like everyone should be allowed back onto the account (entering games would be locked).

So that they can recover friend usernames, Maybe even let some players know. gift away some RP.

Like what if you're in a situation where you only know someone on league client. You get perma banned You cant remember their username/They don't accept your new friends request.

It would be really shitty to lose a friend that way.

Plus the RP, there's no harm in letting you gift that away to someone at the vary least.

If i'm wrong and you are right, then I guess all these players claiming a refund are going to get them. But they won't, so it really does not matter :)

I'm making no opinion on this, I will say to anyone thinking about charge-backs be very careful of what you are considering. This ideal that is being thrown around about getting your money back can seriously damage your own banking account, and I've read about others messing up their parents accounts. So take care about doing this :)
