permanently banned error

i was playing with a friend of mine and we joke around all the time. i have no microphone and he does so i type in chat. i said some harsh things to him but got banned cause of an automatic system? i reckon i looks like i typed it to someone else but i was positive the whole game? so im asking is there anything riot can do about my permanent ban? i think its unfair and invested so much of my life and money into this... sad to just see this go like this in a split second cause of a small misunderstanding.

To have been permanently banned, you'd have needed to already had a 14-day ban, which was your final warning. If your chat logs are indistinguishable from somebody flaming their teammates, what's Riot supposed to do about it?

If you are toxic in chat - even to someone in particular who is okay with it, you are exposing 3 other players (or 8 for all chat) to your toxicity. Keep private chat private, once you make it public it is judged as public chat.

There is a magical thing called /msg "enternamehere" to use for private chat in game.
