If permabanned people wanted to change, they should have done it after one of their two chat restrictions or their 14 day suspension. They've been given chances. They ignored them. They earned what they got.
Losing the account is punishment for their toxic behaviour.
If they have truly changed, then they can accept their punishment and create a new account while behaving like a respectable member of the community.
It's not hard.
Reforming doesn't mean you didn't deserve the punishment.
If a murderer changes his ways in prison and starts a charity, does that mean their guilty verdict is now meaningless?
If you're referring to Tyler1, he had 19 chances to do so. And those numbers aren't even suspension/chat restrictions.
