Is this perma ban worthy

I understand that its not right to be toxic in game but I'm not sure how someone gets a perma ban for defending himself against 4 people who were being cancer in chat. I didn't even start typing tell my team started berating me for feeding after I was ganked multiple times. I literally would get dove on tower 2v1 over and over my team didn't react just flamed me in chat and then my jungler dove the enemy tower 2v1 feeding my lane more when I was spawning and after he flamed me for feeding and the team joined in. Riot games cant be serious about justice because any human being with any moral compass at all looking at those chat logs would commend me for not going full ape on the 4 keyboard warriors that were telling me to afk, calling me worthless trash, telling me I don't deserve to live, and berating me every time I made a mistake. I mean in lower elos people literally just pick a scape goat and channel all their aggression at the one player. I barely even got a chance to farm cuz they said it would be wasted on me like common. What do you guys want me to do man I'm forced to play with these people I have to communicate with them to have a chance of winning moreover I'm just a human being dude when 4 other people are harassing you your going to breakdown and respond and I didn't even respond with nearly the same level of hate as they did like how is this not signs of me being reformed. Can you briefly share any previous punishment history you may have had? Did you just come off of a 14-day ban or something like that?

This information is necessary, as behavior that would normally only earn (or even just contribute to) a chat restriction can actually earn a permanent ban in certain situations.

I got a 14 day ban a couple weeks ago for what I believed to be very mild games I wish I had kept a record of it I didn't because I thought I would never actually get perm banned so why keep a record of it maybe a rioter can show that history. It was literally two games where I trash talked my enemy laner saying things like get out my lane and you can gank me 1000 times wont help this bum player, nothing too toxic like calling people curse words or anything like that and then a third game probably the worst one when I told this jungler that he existed to waste other peoples time cuz he was jungle and I was top but he just locked in a top laner so we duoed the lane and he dove like 4 times pre level 6 inting. I have played the games since my ban with as much care as I know how to but right after this game shown I was perma banned and this was the only game their was an infraction in.

Yea, you're on thin ice after a permaban, so anything that would result in a punishment would get you to the permaban, especially after the suspension.

Even if he has had a 14-day ban prior, judging from this chat log alone he has not done anything worthy of meriting punishment. That chat log, if unedited, is at worst someone complaining in an annoying fashion. There is no name-calling, slurs, nor profanities that are specifically directed at someone. He states that someone is trolling/inting, but if that's enough to merit a punishment then you need to ban the vast majority of the playerbase right now.

I didn't edit it at all this is the response I got after I sent in my ticket. Its whatever I swear riot games does this on purpose they can install 1000 new features including missions all centered around buying chaos and order points they money grab with yasuo vs riven event but cant even install a simple voice communication system so the game isn't impossible to play. They offer no communication mechanisms other than the in game chat but if your using in game chat you better be giving someone one hell of a blow job or you gonna get banned lmfao.

Was there only one game that chat logs were taken from? If there were more (typically 3 in total) it would help us get the full context of why you were banned if you included those as well.

And I know it's not a perfect fix to having unpleasant team mates, but muting them probably would have benefited you far more than continued conversation with them. They can threaten to report call all they want, but if you didn't do anything report worthy, you'll be fine.

My 14 day ban had 3 games but this time this one was the only one I think it was literally the only game I even typed anything bad in since I started playing again I'm only human dude I'm bound to screw up I should have just turned off chat but it kind of takes something away from the game.

Yeah I understand that, don't worry not blaming you for reacting. On it's own I can't say I can see this being permaban worthy even with the recent 14 day ban.

Seriously surprised this would be the only chat log. Did they send you an email with the details of your ban?

I just checked my email and I didn't even get a ban notification the last email from league is a purchase receipt

That's really weird. Usually they would send an email to the email you use for your league account.

No email I checked spam and my trash but thanks for commenting man I guess I'm cucked out of hundreds of hours and dollars I normally wouldn't have gotten angry but yesterday was actually my birthday and I kind of was feeling sorry for myself Id like to say I wont make another account but I don't have a life so what else am I gonna do right.....

Hmm send a support ticket, mentioning the stuff you wrote to me (you didn't get an email so you're not exactly sure what you did wrong), because that one game along isn't worthy of a permaban, even with the prior 14 day ban (in my opinion at least).

You can't just think of yourself. Turning off chat may take something away from the game for you, but every time you're toxic, 4-9 other people get the game taken away from them.

Next time just mute and report after, you don't have to sit through abuse from others.
