The system hates leaves more than toxic players.

I had to leave a game last night. I usually leave one game per month. Last night, it was because it was storming very hard and my internet went out, there was literally nothing I could do about it. But, I get back on -- and I have lower priority que (the 20 minute one) for leaving Nexus Siege. Nexus Siege! That's not even ranked. I know that leaving's not okay, but jeez. Anyways, whatever. I know people who have said "degenerate n****r" every single game and have not even got a warning. RiotLyte is sure doing his damn job correctly.

That is the complete opposite of the case. Yeah, you'll get a 20 min low priority que, but nothing beyond that. You can AFK as many games as you want, and Leaverbuster will not ban you. The automated system for what Riot considers "toxicity" on the otherhand will literally permaban you for calling teammates "bad".

If you got a leaverbuster after AFK'ing, it wasn't a once-per-month thing. I've left multiple games for a multitude of reasons regarding real life events and I think I've gotten leaverbuster once, maybe twice? On top of that, I've noticed people are more likely to report someone leaving than someone being simply toxic.

RiotLyte isn't even with LoL anymore.

He left the game just like the grandfather'd playerbase
