The first and only email to me was a permaban .... again the account was less than 24 hours only and had been loaded with 35.00 ... is this the racket that Riot encourages to grab money?

I sincerely apologize for the delay. Many of us have been unavailable due to spending time with our families over the holidays, though I do apologize for inconvenience. I've taken a look at your account regarding your recent suspension for excessive toxicity. The progressive system works by doling out a punishment that essentially fits the crime. With generic negativity, this does start at restrictions and move up to a suspension and a permanent suspension. However, when it comes to certain behaviors, that doesn't quite apply.

We have outlined things like homophobic slurs, racial slurs, and sexual harassment as being punishable with a permanent suspension. There are more under that definition, but I see all three of the aforementioned in your games. Your account is very new, and yet this is the behavior being displayed immediately upon entering the Fields of Justice. Those things won't be tolerated, and the account will remain locked indefinitely.

In regards to any purchases/refunds I would need to transfer you to another agent. If you have any other questions regarding the suspension let me know, otherwise I'll send you to that agent.

BTW .. your own system created this behavior, the bracket to level up is a complete joke and nightmare. If you actually looked at chat for the games it would show you. But again .. this is all fine and dandy .. Lyte says so right.

This is a complete and utter scam. I will be happy to post this on the boards as yet another clear indicator of how riot actually works.

ALL THREE in your games. I.E. You were racist, homophobic, and sexist in your games... you admit you were in the wrong and were banned. It's all in the terms of service bud.

The above three offenses are intolerable and warrant an immediate ban, yes. The money used is legally covered by the terms and conditions that you pressed accept to, and by no means does riot have to refund. Everything the Riot employee said was true, legal, and correct.

So let me get this straight. You get ban, and now what a refund? I just want to let you know you dont necessarily get chat restrictions before bans, if the reports are overwhelming then they can bump it to a permaban without warning. Although i find it hard to believe that people need to be warn for toxic behavior. It seems like Support helped you the best you could. You got ban for being toxic and now what everything back which isnt possibly. You sign the ToS when you started playing this game, you broke the rules thus breaking the ToS and because of that your whole account got permanently ban. Either learn from this and improve your behavior, or please leave the game because this type of behavior wont be tolerated in this game!
