Anyone else unfortunately scammed through the Xayah and Rakan IP gifting?

I just want to make people aware that scammers are popping out again with the new Xayah and Rakan IP gifts. In this case, it's really hard to try NOT to be scammed because you truly don't have the other's word that they would gift you back, even if you guys share screenshots of each other's IP amounts. Just be careful, everyone. A Riot Staff member DID create a thread, encouraging strangers to gift each other... Which was how I met the guy who scammed me.

That's a given though. Others will try and scam you.

But don't worry, I definitely won't scam you. You can trust me, not them though.

All I'll need is your Social Security Number, credit card number, CCV number, a scan of your license plate, your tax return forms, your license, and your signature to verify I'm gifting the right person.

I dont see how you can get scammed and not get justice. Im sure you can complain to RIOT about it. They did have a RED make a post and encouraged strangers linking up and gifting each other so...

I already contacted Riot Support, all they said was "I'm sorry to hear that happened to you," and that's about it.

This is why you should never trade gifting, or gift people you dont know, espeically if they swear they'll gift back. This isnt how we are suppose to use the gifting.
