So, I tried to log into my acc today, and it said I got permabanned and I need to check my E-mail for more info. I got all confused because I did nothing wrong, I just started playing ranks again and winning (Finally!), so I got into my E-mail and there was no massage from league of legends, I checked all the folders looking for that mail explaining me why I got banned-but nothing (its the email I signed in to league with). After reading all the discussions here I got into conclosion that its because of the MKLOL progrem. Yes, I was using it but after I got the warning for it I deleted it from my computer, so why? why did I got banned? Im trying to send riot a ticket but it wont load me the page (idk why). Is there any chance I'd get my acc back?

Can't it just let you use skins for free (only you can see)? That's not "custom skins".

But it was ok using it! I used it for the skins. They decided its a "cheating" progrem because it had timers, and I deleted the progrem right after they told me to, so I really cant see the problem

People have been getting banned for just modding a config file to get custom resolutions. Best bet is to use nothing that has any interaction with the client and its data beyond read-only. Besides, many of those third party apps are bloated with adware and other crap that can actually contribute to in-game lag.
