so my power flickered and was random act of god and i dont think these reports on my account for being as kind and nice as i am being accused of raging and quiting when power went out for 5-7 mins i cant stop that... but i think everyone in this lobby reported me for no reason i just wanted to let you know they are falsifying reporting and should be banned for something i cant physically stop
I mean, it isn't really a false report if you left/were afk. Even if due to a storm. That is also Leaverbuster. You may get low priority queues if it happens too often.

I may be wrong, I don't think you will get banned. I think you will get low priority queue.
If you DCed (or in other words AFK), and they reported you for AFKing, then they werent false reporting you...
As long as it doesn't happen too often, you should be okay even if every other player reported you (nine reports from same match count as one). Everyone loses connection once or twice during their league "career", so the first or even the second afk report won't immediately result in punishment. If you suffer from connection problems often/regularly, you should try to get a fix to your problem or you will end up being punished. I repeat; once or twice is fine and you don't have to worry about it.
