So somebody just told me the worst things I've ever heard

.. after the game and after sending me a friend request. I did not know this would happen, as this person was not nearly as abusive ingame. I didn't even realize it was this very guy. My game started, so I couldn't just block him (thank you new client that doesn't have any of these options in the client itself) and got like 30 messages telling me to kill myself in many different ways, live stream it, calling me a racial slur, kill my family and abuse my sister (he just assumed I had one)

So I took screenshots, I went to the riot support and I wrote a ticket, showing proof and describing the situation.

The freaking reply?

For these cases, the Instant Feedback System was created to identify players that cause a negative impact inside the game. By using the report function, players who are found to be causing a negative game experience are then punished within 15 minutes of the games end.

Regarding lobbies and personal chats, unfortunately, we can't keep track of these currently, as they are meant to be personal. You have the option to block players that PM you to prevent this kind of behavior.

Let me know if you have any other request."

I am very well aware that Riot does not share information about the state of accounts or anything and their punishment, but this seems like "well, unlucky why didn't you block him nothing we can do" and if that is the case, maybe I should start abusing people after the game. This simply can't be.

I will post screenshots if there is a demand for proof, but they are pretty horrible.
