Is it possible to report boosting services anywhere?

I don't know exactly how long this has been a problem now, but as the title states; is it possible to somehow get boosting services banned? Riot doesn't want them to exist so surely there should be something that we (or riot) can do to stop this behavior, or nah?

Boosting services are offered by third party sites, Riot can't really do much about that other than ban any accounts they find that are involved.
