First of all,I am not sure if I am writing on the right board xd...
So,yesterday I was playing ranked normally,it was a good game.
But then my pc restarted and did an update for almost 2 hours... xd
I logged in again and I got banned for 5 games 20 minutes each..
I know that you cant really help me,but I just post this... :P (tell me if I wrote that to the wrong board)[zombie-brand-mindblown]

It wasnt really your fault, but you need to keep track of your updates and your technology to make sure this doesnt happen. You also negatively affected 4 other people on you team, so Riot punished you for that.

redniwediS1 votesYou can check when it's going to update, change the rules for when it updates, and all sorts of stuff to make sure this doesn't happen.
The point is you didn't, and it caused a 4v5 situation for other players. On top of this you don't get a 5 game, 20 minute queue time for doing this once. You've done it before and so the punishment was escalated.

In your start menu type in "update settings". Click on Windows Update Settings and click the Advanced Options button. There will be a drop down menu. Select "Notify to schedule restart".
