First of all,I am not sure if I am writing on the right board xd...
So,yesterday I was playing ranked normally,it was a good game.
But then my pc restarted and did an update for almost 2 hours... xd
I logged in again and I got banned for 5 games 20 minutes each..
I know that you cant really help me,but I just post this... :P (tell me if I wrote that to the wrong board)[zombie-brand-mindblown] 
this is not a ban, this just means that you have to wait time to queue up as a punishment for leaving your game. It wasnt really your fault, but you need to keep track of your updates and your technology to make sure this doesnt happen. You also negatively affected 4 other people on you team, so Riot punished you for that.
sounds like low prio queue due to leaving a game ....
You aren't using Windows 10 by any chance, do you?
Turn off Windows Update! If there is one company that can be trusted even less than Riot Game itself, It's Microsoft. Go to your services, select update service or Windows Update Service and DISABLE.
